- Reposted by David FedmanUpdate: In the past week we've learned ICE has secured property to build human warehouses in Merrimack, NH and Williamsport, MD *as well as* Surprise, AZ; Upper Bern, PA; and Tremont, PA. Facts that bear repeating.

- Reposted by David Fedmanyou're deporting and killing people who are on the inside and who have lived most of their lives here. Johnson doesn't realize it and wouldn't agree with it, but his love/hate line is an argument for amnesty.

- Reposted by David FedmanToday at school dismissal, I followed a suspicious pickup around for a bit, keeping an eye on them, trying to figure out if they were ICE. Then I realized they were keeping an eye on me also. Then I realized they were, in fact, other parents. Life in Minnesota, January 2026.

In modern history, there's never been a bigger threat to our Constitution and our way of life than and his enablers.

- Reposted by David FedmanThe thing about this Epstein shit is that you have no idea where the bottom is. I feel like I'm learning that space aliens are real. It's far bigger than I could have imagined. This is something that is going to affect how future generations of American view their country.

- Reposted by David FedmanI understand it's hard for some to use the term concentration camp, even for those horrified by what's happening. And there are settings (e.g., court) where it may not be helpful today. The key thing to realize is that there's an arc of how detention regimes tend to go, and we're recognizably on it.
- Shelters takes on new meaning in early postwar. The man entering the shelter is wearing a shirt labeled “capitalist” and holding bags marked “tax evasion.” Shidehara at the top screams “This is an alert for property tax and profits tax” From Kato Etsurō, Okurareta kakumei (1946)
