- Anyone who met Rinaldo Bellomo remembers every second of it - he was incredibly warm, selfless, enthusiastic, and inspiring. Although clearly a “numbers” person - a titanic Atlas-like figure holding the world of ICU research on his shoulders - he was first and foremost a “people” person. Vale.
