- i have been decreasing the medication i take for my autoimmune condition every 6 weeks over the last several months & mainly bc i am lazy abt picking up my new script i have just been continuing to take my last dose which i thought was fine but now i am thinking is very Not Fine actually

- i'm terrible with things like that, just crazy disorganized in general but i'll probably have to find some sort of system i can use that'll work better for me 😩

- unfortunately not. on my old insurance before i moved & at my old local pharmacy i had a mix of automatic & text confirmation refills & that worked really well for me but it's not an option here.
- i have the new dose now thankfully, i just really struggle with the frequent switching & the way my pharmacy handles refills is just hard for me to deal with :/
- one would think after taking this medication for more than half my life i would be better about it but nope!
- i've also been drinking a bunch of caffeine lately & i'm sure that's not helping
