- This week, FERC Commissioner Rosner sent a letter to RTOs/ISOs on interconnection automation. I don't think most #energysky folks understand how important this is. Pic 1 is a rough chart of a current bulk interconnection study. Pic 2 is NREL's LA100 study. I find visuals helpful so let me explain.
