- Nugget is watching hockey with the same intensity that she watches football so maybe we’re going to have a hockey fan/player in the house. Or maybe there’s a lot of motion and lots of contrast between the players and the ice.
- I am really bummed my ROG Ally just up and died. I took off the back cover but couldn’t see anything clearly amiss. It’s still pulling power but it doesn’t seem to realize it (no charging light) and it never turns on.
- Am I hungry or tired or physically exhausted or actually not hungry at all or just out of shape and ill-at-home in my own body still or unsure of how to do this job and overwhelmed at all that lies ahead

- My daughter is not actually from Louisiana but spiritually she is and she ate king cake and put some bacchus doubloons from the 1970s in her mouth this afternoon so that’s got to buy her some sort of cred.

- Asked my husband to bring me my headphones so I could listen to podcast while the baby napped. In bringing them to me, he made so much noise he woke her up. Kill me.
- On a lighter note, I think he’s doing a bit where he’s aping Trump’s usual “thank you for your attention to this important matter” signoff. That’s fun.
- Can teething get a baby to stay awake for five and a half hours straight with just one nap all day? She’s being a total champ and not whining or anything but she was so tired she fell asleep on me in the shower.
- The bibigo soup dumplings from Costco were fine for microwaveable soup dumplings but like a 5/10 overall.
