- One of my proudest moments yesterday. The SNP-Green joint budget secured Free School Meals for all Primary School pupils in Glasgow 🍎 Every single young person deserves to go to school ready to learn - not hungry.

- Great visit to Lourdes Secondary last week to chat to the Head Teacher & some S6 pupils! The school has a really lovely atmosphere about it & it was great to hear about some of the amazing work they’re doing around attainment 📚

- Following last week’s debate in Westminster on compensation for WASPI women, I have written to Maureen Burke MP asking why she chose not to vote to compensate these women, despite publicly supporting the WASPI campaign in March 2024.
- This was just 4 months before her election. The same election where she promised constituents to vote for compensation for the WASPI women, despite what her party’s position might be. Completely indefensible.

- 📚All Glasgow City Council schools will be open as usual tomorrow with the exception of Govan Gaelic primary school/Bun-sgoil Ghàidhlig Bhaile a' Ghobhainn which will be open at 10:30am.
