- Hypothetical question: your company is converting contractors to FTE’s in order to stop remote work and compel employees to RTO at designated locations. The contractors are more expensive so when they come in, they’re given higher titles and salaries. 1/2
- To a personality disordered person like Trump, this is the equivalent of “no-contact”. It *is* the right thing to do but when he finds that he’s been cut out, he’s going to lose his sh*t like a flaming swamp monster. It will get ugly but don’t give in. It’s the only way to stop him.
