- If you treat today's Jukebox as problem of infinite proportions you are likely to end up with conspiracy theories. Find the list of the songs, however, and why not try humming or singing them to yourself? You'll probably hear the connection by the third song you la-la-la along to. 😁😸
- I'm looking at the songs, which are on the show's Wikipedia page, but not seeing a pattern yet... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Goo...

- Reposted by Michael GallagherI love that they've used this track in #WinterOlympics (The nonsense song intended to sound like American English)
- Reposted by Michael GallagherI am just as baffled! Presumably the plan is for lots of us to get told our picks aren't valid tokens, until we communally crack the code?
- Reposted by Michael GallagherSorry Michael, I’m a little confused.(Not for the first time, says you). Are we looking for songs whose style suits the singer or songs that in some way relate to ones sung in the series? I haven’t even had a drink yet.🍸 #baffled

- Formula for The Good Ship Murder: Jack (ex-cop, now headline singer on a luxury cruise ship) solves a murder in each port then croons to a capacity audience. How does this affect Kitty, you ask? A surprising number of Jack's songs have served as her openers and closers over the years. . . . 1/2
- 2/2 To join in this Saturday's Jukebox SOME RESEARCH is required on your part. The tracks chosen for actor Shayne Ward suit his style and voice. But what key features do they have in common? Their formula? Time to cross Madame Google's palm with silver! For a start try: The Good Ship Murder songs.

- Reposted by Michael GallagherI enjoyed this! I also liked another series with the same lead actress, Siobhán Cullen - "Obituary". Looking it up just now to confirm that it was indeed the same actress, I see there was a second series released not long ago, hurrah! It's on Amazon video, Hulu & RTÉ Player. S1 is on Netflix?!
- Reposted by Michael GallagherNeed to get round to watching Starfleet Academy, and clips I've seen look amazing. Also catching up on the recent episodes of FBI. Not actually had time to watch much this week!
- Reposted by Michael Gallagherwww.imdb.com/title/tt5973... "Fearless". ITVx. The great Helen McCrory in a series I'd forgotten I'd seen. Highly entertaining.
- Reposted by Michael GallagherAll caught up with series 3 of Tehran on Apple. Nowhere near as good as first two because they senselessly killed off the love interest. Hugh Laurie isn’t as good in this as he was in… The Night Manager on BBC iplayer. Which if you watch nothing else this year…watch this. No spoilers. It’s ACE!
- Reposted by Michael GallagherWatch out for me in the music festival scenes! You’ll have to be quick.
- Reposted by Michael GallagherWe started the first episode of Series 2 of this on ITVx too this week but had to go back to the first series as we had no recollection of what was going on. I love watching Philip Glenister sparring with Lorraine Ashbourne and Nicholas Gleaves does make a very good baddy.
- Reposted by Michael GallagherMorning Michael. A big favourite in our house, Silent Witness is back on BBC for an amazing 29th season. We usually record each week’s episodes and have a two hour binge watch.
- Reposted by Michael GallagherI think I'll give that a go as a non Marvel fan. I've just finished South African drama, Tuiskoms, on Netflix. It's a light hearted romantic drama about grief, love and moving on. I found it heartwarming.
- Reposted by Michael GallagherI forgot the image.
- Reposted by Michael GallagherI'm 3 episodes into "Bodkin". A journalist is hiding from a crisis and forced to return to rural Ireland to work with a podcaster on a local mystery. Will Forte, Siobhán Cullen and Robyn Cara, who is delightful. Streaming on Netflix.
- Reposted by Michael GallagherMorning Michael This week we’ve watched a couple of episodes of this. Currently available on BBCiPlayer. Usual schtick, a good detective struggling with a troubled past. Not bad at all 👍🏼 m.imdb.com/title/tt2940...
- Reposted by Michael GallagherIt will probably be more of an archaeological thing, but if I can find the DVD version in my mess I'll watch this.
- Something for the Weekend is here for its regular Thursday slot! If you're willing to check out what others are posting on the thread, please feel free to reply with your own recommendation! Provide a link to the IMDb if you can and tell us where to watch. 🙏 1/3
- 2/3 I asked for something to binge watch and this week Disney+ gave me Wonder Man. "So good you forget it's Marvel" shouts one reviewer, and I'm tempted to agree with them. It's a comedy and the two leads are excellent. Anyone else think Ben Kingsley is a dead ringer for Bob from Twin Peaks?
