- 39 hours since I last slept, this is insane. I started to doze on my Finneus plush but got up to brush my teeth. Now I don’t feel tired anymore. This is the longest I have ever gone without some kind of sleep. I’m really hoping I can get some rest but man is my brain so fucking spicy. 😩

- Its been over 24 hours since I slept, I could probably take certain medications to help me sleep but I refuse to take them for some reason.
- I am absolutely not ok right now. I feel like I just lost everything, it feels like my best friend and support network are gone. I fucked everything up and I’m a failure. I don’t know how I am gunna find the strength to continue, I feel so lost and out of options.
- Its hard to believe there is any coming back from this or making things better. I lost my safe space, my central hub for friends, my sir and my best friend all in one night. I deserve this, it’s all I have ever deserved no matter how good of a person I try to be.
- I want help but don’t know where to turn for support. I need a hug and cuddles so badly but I will not get them. I’m so sorry everyone, I tried my best but its not good enough.

- I finally felt like I was doing better mentally after starting T last month, that was until last night. A lot of things have happened all at once, I’m barely even excited for Further Confusion now and I woke up feeling suicidal and the thoughts have not stopped since. I just wanna not be for a bit.
- The worst part of this is I don’t feel like I even have proper support network anymore. I feel so utterly alone and my brain tells me things like no one would notice until it’s too late. It’s exhausting and all I’ve done is sleep since I got home from work and physical therapy.
- Found this cheese filled tteokbokki at the asian market and had to buy it. Got a little tipsy tonight and decided to make it. I reduced the sauce down and added cream and cheese. It was SOOOOOO GOOD!!! I can’t believe I ate it all.

[This post could not be retrieved] - So my doctor agreed to start TRT cause my T is still pretty low but my insurance won’t cover it. Good news is the generic is $60 vs the $750 for name brand. The bad news is my HSA is depleted and I may not be able to afford my T right away. So close but so far!!
- Saw a new doctor the other day cause my PCP is on leave. They were actually open to the idea of putting me on T unlike my PCP who wouldn’t even consider it despite my previous test from a couple years ago showing it was very low.(see below) I finally feel heard and am so happy.
- Went for the blood work this morning to test the levels for my current T, my sex hormone binding globulin and my DHEA serum levels.
- My xmas gift to @andraconix.com, given early because they will be traveling all month. From early on in our relationship we have called each other our emotional support creatures, I count on them as much as them me. Big thank you to @thatlionthing.bsky.social for such a perfect and adorable piece <3
- Been sitting in the cold and rain since 3:30 this morning for record store day but I was first in line and got exactly what I wanted. Absolutely worth it.

- The delicious meats of my labor LOL! Was lazy with half the sides but my efforts went where it counted. The turkey was juicy as fuck!!
