Sorry but a few media outlets turning up to try and get near the circuit or views of it when it's been clearly stated for ages it's a private shakedown or test is begging for attention.
Testing should be like this more often actually. Would make the start of the season a lot more interesting IMO.
Jan 26, 2026 16:34Like when I was growing up, from 1999-2009, I would sit down and watch the Australian GP at sleep o'clock having no clue about the pecking order until qualifying. Looking back at it now, I can really appreciate it. I had no Internet at home so the winter break was long but left you very excited.
