- I started a full suspension class on Thursday and I completed my first full suspension as a top! 🤸: not on here; 🪢: me; first 📷: me; others 📷: instructor
- Strung up a few lights for the holidays 🎄
- We had been struggling with some pain issues in the last few ties and put some work into fixing that, so this tie was an awesome evolution of that where Ashley was a rockstar and able to sustain it in a good way. My favorite little bit of this tie is the toe rope.
