I see the misinformation machine is kicking up to support Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Israel amendment.
Advocates have a responsibility to be clear about what legislation does and doesn’t do. Her amendment did NOT cut off offensive aid to Israel. We shouldn’t pretend it does.
My statement on it:
I hate MTG. She is a horrid person and politician.
That being said: The antisemitism from the far left is shameful. Hamas is a terrorist organization funded by Iran with the goal of wiping Jewish people off the face of the planet. *Palestinians* killed over 1200 Israeli people on Oct. 7, 2023.
