- So… just beat Pokemon LZA. If the main story had the same quality as the “final dungeon”, the game would have been much better. That being said, final “boss” while epically presented was gameplay-wise underwhelming. Barring a good review by a non-diehard, I will now ignore mainline Pokemon games.

- Neil Patrick Harris is a treasure.
- I think Pokemon Legends Z-A is my last Pokemon purchase. They obviously have a quality bar they’re shooting for and it just doesn’t match my own. If your entire game is one city, you can’t just reuse the same assets in 80% of the game. I mean, you can, but it screams lack of care. #pokemon
- Arcane is such a masterpiece. I hope we see more from the same story leads. I want more from this world they’ve created (and no, LoL the game from which it is based sadly doesn’t count).
- Given my lack of game programming skills, I think I’m going to turn my game design doc into an illustrated journal along the lines of Dinotopia. Maybe once that’s done, if the fire is in me, I can scrounge together a crew and make the creature hunting/taming/open-world survival game of my dreams.

- I am incredibly concerned that the next era of media is going to suck. Mass-produced, authenticity indiscernible content as far as the eye can see. And to what value? It’s fun until you realize you can’t tell what is real anymore.
