- @nadler.house.gov calls out Republicans for refusing to conduct oversight of the Trump Administration’s lawless and deadly policies. Instead, they are changing the subject—holding yet another hearing on supposed threats to free speech... in Europe.
- Ranking Member @raskin.house.gov lays out the reality Republicans refuse to confront: the real "threat to free speech" in America is coming from the Trump Administration.

I didn't hear them screaming this when Renee Good was killed in the middle of the street by the same people the vast majority of you just voted to give more money to. It was a lot of crickets, including about the Esptein files"

- Why are Trump's Big Tech allies blocking posts about ICE agents on their platforms? Americans deserve answers about government-corporate manipulation of social media.
- After days of debunked lies and failed coverups, the agents who shot and killed Alex Pretti in cold blood have now been placed on administrative leave. It’s a small step in the right direction but administrative leave, to be clear, is not legal accountability.

- 🚨 NEWS: Judiciary Democrats are demanding answers from AG Pam Bondi after DOJ refused to investigate the homicides of U.S. citizens Renée Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, shut down a civil rights investigation, and obstructed accountability.
- One year into his second term, Donald Trump has used the presidency to enrich himself by at least $1.4 BILLION. That includes money from foreign business deals, cryptocurrency sales, corporate settlements, and even a $400 million jet from Qatar that he plans to keep after leaving office.
- Trump’s underlings are already working to cover up the violent death of another American citizen at the hands of federal agents working in Trump’s “campaign of brutality” against the people of Minnesota...
- Government agents are not above the law and work only for the people. President Trump, listen to Gov. Walz and get ICE out of Minnesota now.

- @neguse.house.gov points out that four police officers, seated behind Jack Smith, are the same ones who protected Republicans during the Jan 6 attack. Now, those same Republicans are trying to rewrite history and deny the violence Trump incited, right in front of the officers who saved their lives.
- Tune in to watch Judiciary Republicans repeatedly interrupt Special Counsel Jack Smith every time he starts dismantling their smears, lies, and conspiracy theories. Seems their strategy is: don't let Smith tell the American people the truth. What are they so afraid of?
- Republicans seem to keep confusing TOLL RECORDS and WIRETAPS. The phone numbers, times, and duration of calls were all lawfully obtained to conduct a thorough investigation into Trump's efforts with his closest allies to interfere with the lawful transfer of power

- NEWS: Ranking Member @raskin.house.gov is demanding DOJ and DHS produce records on whether pardoned January 6 insurrectionists are now working for ICE and explain why masked ICE agents are hiding their identities while carrying out violent operations in American communities.

- NEWS: Ranking Member @raskin.house.gov’s statement on Judiciary Republicans moving forward with a public hearing with Jack Smith:
- Republicans are whitewashing the facts of January 6 and replacing history with conspiracy theories. They say Antifa did it. They say the FBI did it…
- ICE and DHS are out of control. A masked federal agent shot and killed a woman at point blank range. We need a congressional investigation and Secretary Noem must come before the committee and answer for ICE's lawless actions.

- Judge Boasberg wasn’t funneled these cases by design or favoritism. The federal court in DC assigns cases to judges based on an automated, randomized system. Cases against Trump are no different. The facts speak for themselves. democrats-judiciary.house.gov/sites/evo-su...

- In his first days in office, Trump abruptly killed the ongoing DOJ investigation into Epstein's co-conspirators. Why did that happen? Who’s Trump trying to protect?
- As courts force Trump to pay SNAP benefits to 42 million Americans and the food pantries overflow, billionaires and sycophants flock to Mar-a-Lago for a black-tie Great Gatsby party. “They were careless people … they smashed up things and creatures and then retreated back into their money.”
