looking at the context of this, that’s just a list of examples of sensitive information that users might volunteer about themselves, and it’s saying they follow the law with this info. if you don’t share this info in the first place, they don’t have it
the old terms also included the same list, it’s just the language around it that changed a bit (it previously said they only processed it to run the platform, and now it says they follow applicable laws), and also clarifying that they may collect location info depending on your settings
