- Are CIA/NSA on in this? E.g. forensics on the voting machines? Italian satellite orbits? Can they be since its domestic work (ODNI has more broad remit, I guess?). Again, DNI seeming in charge of a DOJ / DHS task force just seems strang but who knows. 2/
- In terms of in-house capability, writing the PDB does certainly give her office immediate access to feed election conspiracy "findings" to Trump, and all the reporting suggests she's not a trusted insider and that might be a way to try to earn points 3/
- It would be very unfortunate if she leaned on the National Intelligence Council to play a role.
