Molly and Mia are both much taller than little Nikko. Is he a normal guy in this world?One of a group of setting-specific genders? Just a small guy?

About Nikko, he's just a short femboy at 5'4, while Mia, Molly and Ruby are all tall at 5'10, 6'2 and 6'4 respectively. Molly is intersex, and given that they're cat people, who knows how their world differs from ours, but i'd like to say it's up to interpretation whether or not shes also trans
