- Sonia and Adam are great. Congratulations to them!
- It did not feel great that I needed to edit my website's client list to remove a company that has openly cooperated with ICE.
- Benfica's goalkeeper scored yesterday against Real Madrid to advance in Champions League. He'd never touched the ball in opponent's half all tournament. Product teams need this mindset: everyone's job is helping the team win, not defending role boundaries. www.buildcrescendo.com/blog/team-su...
- Tough travel yesterday. Direct flight cancelled after long delay. Rerouted. Connecting flight cancelled after long delay. Sat on floor at crowded airport. Hours spent in line. Had to stay overnight. Didn't reach destination yet. This happens, especially with bad weather, but can be modernized: 1/6
- It is invaluable when clients send me an agenda & reference documents ahead of time. It's the difference between coming prepared with thoughts or a framework to help vs. reacting on the spot. The same applies to meetings with your manager or stakeholders. Set them up to be thoughtful partners.

- Welcome to those leaving X from the UK, Australia and everywhere else. Enough is enough. Hope you find this to be better. See below to help find product people. If you are in PM, UX, engineering, data science, or other related fields please follow the starter pack -- and I will follow back.

- Designers, engineers & data scientists: who are the top community organizations in your space? @chiprodalliance.bsky.social wants to serve the full product triad. Our initial groups & attendees have skewed more towards PM than we'd like. Help us make progress here! Who should we work with?
- I had the privilege of speaking at Mind the Product Chicago last night on expanding future impact for product teams. Energized by the engaged product leaders who showed up. 1/3
- • Alphabet X moonshots expect a 2% hit rate • Normal Google tests succeed around 10-20% of the time Yet companies launch and move on without validating a feature’s impact. Is your team better than Alphabet? If not, you should reconsider your approach. www.buildcrescendo.com/blog/overcon...
- I just wrote about using behavior design concepts and recognition in developing high performance team habits. Let me know what you think! www.linkedin.com/posts/davidj...

- My first thought was that this is satire. My second thought was also that this is satire. My third thought: I guess someone has a product vision for “Ubiquitous Teams” and they are following it blindly? Worse product decisions have been made that way TBH.

- Friend talking about her teenage daughter: "I would rather she make small mistakes now than big mistakes later." Sums up some of the ideas behind agile.
