Not sure why Holger sold it, but he sold it to guy called Oscar who renamed it Ruby’s & took out the pool tables for stage/music. Holger then set up one of the 1st woodfired pizza places, across the road. fantastic pizzas! Oscar ran into financial trouble & it closed for years. Then suddenly Sooki!
