- while we’re on the Fortnite topic, I grew up in the area where Epic’s HQ is. Epic does not treat its employees well. It’s a boy’s club, POC employees join and then leave, and it’s not the best if you’re queer either. And don’t even get me started on the crunch culture. Don’t support Fortnite.

- a therapist from a DBT group I was in talked a lot about “alternative rebellion” as a way to approach maintaining spoon levels when you’re neurodivergent. Tired and in pain while cleaning the kitchen? Lay down or sit on the floor. Can’t handle rinsing the dishes? Run the dishwasher twice.
