Richard Marles is announcing the divestiture of 64 ADF properties

Sell-off includes Victoria Barracks in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. (The number of properties mentioned has ranged from 64 to 68.)

Any mention of what the funds will be spent on?

I only saw the last minute or two but some info here:

“Marles said every dollar raised from the sales would be reinvested back into defence capability, including ahead of major changes sparked by the Aukus nuclear submarines agreement.”

It does seem that getting no submarines costs rather a lot of 💰
