- Check out some of our key accomplishments from 2025. We’ll keep up the pace in 2026!
- It’s been exactly one year since I was sworn in as Oregon’s 18th attorney general — and what a year it’s been. #orpol
- It’s been a big year at DOJ! Check out some highlights:
- The secret’s out: I now make sourdough. Jokes aside, I really appreciate the WW team and the Oregon Journalism Project recently taking the time to ask questions about my time as AG so far. It’s an honor to serve Oregonians! www.wweek.com/news/2025/12...
- Governor Kotek has consistently stood up for Oregonians and the values we share. We’ve worked side by side against harmful federal actions, including opposing troop deployment in Portland. She’s the partner I need to continue this fight, and I am proud to support her re-election.
- My friend Rob Wagner is joining me for the next Oregon Priorities town hall on December 17 at PCC Sylvania in SW Portland. See below for the full details — we’d love to have you join us!
- Thankful for so much, but after our meal, we are incredibly thankful for the family dish pre-wash.
- My dad was a colonel in the Air Force Reserve, and I’ve seen his service, dedication, and leadership throughout my life. This Veterans Day, I’m grateful for my dad and the lessons he taught me — and for all those who serve our country in uniform.

- Hope to see you there!

- Ever wondered how to explain tariffs to Gen Z? I recently laid it out for Gov. Beshear (and his teenagers) — just in time for Oregon to take our tariffs case to the Supreme Court on November 5. What topic should we translate next?!

- Today across our state, Oregonians are standing up for our shared values of freedom and justice for all. Be peaceful, be vocal, and get creative with those signs! Find a march near you: www.nokings.org#map #NoKings

- Go to law school, they said. You’ll have job security, they said. I never expected to use my law degree to file so many lawsuits against the president… but you’ve gotta follow the law, whoever you are.

- Vote for Oregon’s own Lebanon High School! www.t-mobile.com/brand/friday...
- I was truly touched to receive a declaration of support from the Democratic Party of Washington Co. When I ran for AG, I never expected to sue the president so many times… yet we have to uphold the Constitution, and we have to uphold Oregon‘s laws and values. Grateful for the statement of support.
- We are seeing the dangerous weaponization of our criminal justice system — from Comey to AG James in NY. We have a president who leads through fear. But we need to bring people together. I’m grateful to the local organizers across our state who are doing this important work.
- Great to be with the Washington County Democrats at their Neuberger Dinner last night! As Democrats, we must not solely be defined by what we reject — we must build a lasting identity around our shared vision of what we offer.
- President Trump continued to describe Portland as a city on fire on Friday — even as we enjoyed fall rain, and the lone demonstrator at the city’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement building was dressed as a pink Care Bear. www.nytimes.com/live/2025/10...

- Hey @jimmykimmellive.bsky.social — the only thing hellish in Portland is afternoon meetings without a second cup of coffee. Luckily, we’ve got that covered too… so there’s *really* nothing for the president to worry about. #ShowMeYourHellhole #Portland #Oregon

- I know a workaround when I see one (I have a teenager!). The president can’t just keep trying to be creative to get what he wants. It doesn’t work with me as a dad, and it won’t work with me as Attorney General. There’s no place for the U.S. military in our cities.
- Reposted by Dan RayfieldLate tonight, a federal judge issued a sweeping new order prohibiting the president from deploying any National Guard forces—from any state or DC—to Oregon. The president cannot keep playing whack-a-mole with different states’ Guard units to get around court orders and the rule of law.
