- Reading about these freaking brilliant journalists who were let go from WaPo today, I sort of feel like that paper at this moment didn't deserve their amazingness. And eventually, something phenomenal (quite literally) is going to grow out of the madness of this dark moment in American journalism
- About 10 months ago I posted that my 85 year old mom broke her hip & went into a nursing home for rehabilitation. She also got sober & she was lovely. But she returned home & chose to drink & take pain killers again, which means she’s cruel & manipulative & dishonest and I wish it was all different
