He disputes that the real problem is judges giving the Feds too much homework:

Julie Le takes the stage just a few minutes into the proceedings, and this is an ominous start. To immediately say the U.S. Attorney's Office is "overwhelmed" and to say you were "stupidly enough to volunteer" does not bode well.
