- Just officially deactivated my Twitter account. Feels weird. But also I'm happy to be out of there, for multiple reasons. Hopefully BlueSky doesn't implode like it feels like it's about to. 🤞
- Seems we are getting all the drones having a hayday in our skies. 👾
- Doing some experimenting with sweet and savory smoothies. Today's is mixed veggies and oatmeal puree'd in chicken broth, spiced with Trader Joe's Green Goddess mix and a bit of salt. Tastes like pea soup! Wish I had some dried mushroom powder for some earthy body but this will do for now.
- I'm challenging myself to take longer on the art I produce. While I love the things I've created recently, I did them in quick bursts. Fast art is totally valid, but sometimes I wonder if I settle too quickly and should try to let things cook a little longer. At least see what comes out of it.

- If you're in the PDX area and want to do some holiday shopping, I'm going to be tabling at this cool little market this Saturday. My first time here but I've had friends in it and it looks real cute and fun! September 7th 1pm to 6pm at Scandals PDX.
- I have a confession: I like bland food. When I got really sick last summer, I went on a practically nothing diet just to be able to consume food. (lost a lot of weight, insert Devil Wears Prada joke) I swiftly learned the nuance food has innately w/o extra stuff and kinda stuck with that. 😅
- I think something that I am white-knuckling right now is the hope I get from the art I'm making. I will not let go of the feeling, no matter how bad it gets. Remember, Artists make art to change the world. That sounds cheesy but it's so beyond true. Please don't stop making your art.
