- So for Trump intention matters as much as results. A graze on the ear warrants life in prison, but shooting someone 10 times when they’re already incapacitated, or shooting someone in a car that’s driving away, doesn’t get prosecuted at all. Thank you, Cannon, for making the rules abundantly clear.
