Corca
Collaborative Math Editor
- We stopped writing text on paper years ago. But when it comes to math, we still use it. Not out of love for paper, just because typing math is slow and painful. Corca is as fast as paper, but can also CALCULATE.
- Text is a string. Math isn’t. It grows in every direction into multi-line structures. That’s why people still do math on paper. We’re bringing that experience to computers. Corca is WYSIWYG math editor, and it's fast!
- You can now add graphs 📈
- Big update! 🚀 Now, Corca not only lets you type math — it actively helps you with it. Just type an equation, and it will suggest the solution. It can solve equations, simplify expressions, and even tackle integrals. And this is just the beginning — more is coming soon.
- Typing math in Corca is usually much faster than in LaTeX
- Drag any image into your doc, click “Recognize,” and Corca extracts the math—equations, symbols, text.
- We’ve just made editing numbers in Corca much easier
- We’ve finally added tables support! It’s still far from perfect, we have plenty of work to make them more useful. But at least you can now organize your data in tables.
- Added more decorators 💥
- 💥Introducing Teams! Now you can create a shared space for your company, research group, or class. Store all your docs in one place and work on math together—for real this time.
- New update: Fork! Forking creates a copy of the document. It lets you experiment freely without affecting the original document and keeps a link to it. You can find the fork button under the 'Download' button.
- Now you can write equations in 10 languages. No matter where you are or what language you speak, math should be easy to write.
- Introducing Color Schemes! We believe color coding is important in math, just like in code editors. It makes equations easier to read and follow. But some prefer bright colors, others love the classic black & white look. Now, you can choose the color scheme you like!
- Corca keeps getting better because of your feedback. Many people want to help one way or another. That’s why we decided to launch the Corca Community in Discord: discord.com/invite/zjGKu...
- PDF and LaTeX Export. One of Corca’s core values is interconnectivity—we don’t want to trap users inside our ecosystem. Today, we took a small step in that direction. You can now download your work as PDF or LaTeX ↓
- We got a lot of feedback from you about notations: what works, what’s confusing, and what could be better. We listened carefully and just made a big update to our math notation system. Here’s what changed and why ↓ 1/5
- We just launched Mobile Editing! It’s not a native app yet—just a browser version. Editing isn’t perfect, and a few features, like matrix editing, aren’t fully functional. But we believe mobile editing should be as smooth as it is on desktop.
- Now you can add a vector and a hat above the symbol. Type 'vector' or '->' after the node to add a vector. Type 'hat' or '^' to add a hât. You can also use the right panel to add them.

- 🎉 We are live! This is an early alpha version of our app, so some features may not work as expected. We’re working quickly to improve our math editor, add new notations and collaboration features. Please give it a try and share your feedback: corca.app
- It’s hard to imagine, but in 2024, we still do math on paper 🤯. Tools like Wolfram, Matlab, and Python are good for calculations, but if you're proving a theorem or seeking the equation of everything, you're left with paper. corca.app
