Feb 3, 2026 21:32As many multitudes of life as you do. We have to accept that evil in the world comes from people not that different from us, I think that’s where the test for empathy lies. When we understand that your evil isn’t as far away as you think, we can experience these works for their art (if the have any)
And leave the bad guy stuff to courts, footnotes, mobs with torches, and otherwise. You just don’t have to confuse your fave’s choices with their work being of worth. But if that work is also hollow and empty, you need to reassess how you’re approaching art at all.
