- My husband just tried to close an unneeded account via an Ai chatbot. It told him a ticket had “been raised” He asked for the ticket number The chatbot: “I apologise - I need to correct myself. As an AI assistant, I cannot actually create support tickets in the system or generate ticket numbers 🤦♀️
