I agree with this 👇. They cannot hand over Greenland for the precedent vis-a-vis Trump, for the signal to Xi and Putin, the signal they send home („you may all be for sale“) — and finally, because Denmark is a veto player on this, obviously, and it simply won’t agree to it.
Not clear to me it's obvious Europe will capitulate
If Greenland becomes America, it will still have happened as a result of US aggression (economic, not military)
This is still a thick red line for v many countries - who believe the bigger risk is the precedent this would set
