A catchall list for people who have demonstrated behavior that is snitchy, fed-posty, encourages harm or actions likely to cause a vulnerable person harm.

Twitter encouraged some terrible behaviors, from quote-dunking to being an argumentative, offensive asshat for the goal of engagement, but mostly provoking arguments for a hit of dopamine. That addiction can only be cured with removal of attention. If you’re on this list, you earned it.

Please use as a MUTE list, not block. There’s a lot of grief and anger running around, and it gets displaced onto others a lot. I can’t teach everyone to sit with their feelings and interrogate them, but I can say this is not okay here. You got here by lashing out at someone for your feelings.

I get it, you want solidarity, and you want it NOW. Here’s the problem — that’s a red carpet for grifters and bad faith actors. This is a MUTE list, not a block list (though that can change) and it exists to prevent the replication of bad behavioral patterns from twtr.
