Another Váchal masterpiece is "Sermon Against the Sin of Haste," (seriously taken parody of old Christian pamphlets). It is 200 pages of illustrated rambling about cars, written in a mystical style: "...the oil is the blood of an unholy dragon that is here to torture us for our sins..."
