I've heard from people in other cities "I'd like to see them try that in __!" No. No, you wouldn't. We have guns pointed in our faces in MN. I think you'd change your tune if this was happening to you, your family & your neighbors. Nobody knows EXACTLY how to do this. This is NEW to all of US.
