- Mamdani: "I speak of Renee Good, whose final words to the man who murdered her were, 'I'm not mad at you.' I speak of Alex Pretti who died as he lived, caring for the stranger. ICE shot him bc he did something they could never fathom ... let us offer a new path: one of defiance through compassion."

- 🔴 BREAKING: Labour Together paid controversial PR firm £30k to investigate journalists who were digging into how its undeclared funding Reporters from Sunday Times, Guardian and other outlets targetted *And* Morgan McSweeney knew about it Full story: democracyforsale.substack.com/p/exclusive-...

- A political think tank hiring a PR firm to investigate journalists is highly unusual. Former Labour MP Jon Cruddas, who helped found the organisation in 2015, said our findings were “shocking” and “extraordinary”. “This is dark shit,” Cruddas told me.

- Decades of under investment have weakened our schools - and that weakens the whole country. We need real funding & care for education now. Here's my conversation with the General Secretary of the National Education Union @danielkebedeneu.bsky.social 👇🏼 youtu.be/MD-wBnLxOsM?...

- Keir Starmer is finished, but is he the only one with a bleak future? youtu.be/gtz57b_9XCc?...
- The 50 wealthiest families in the UK own more than 34 million people combined. That level of inequality is totally unsustainable. A wealth tax isn’t radical - it’s inevitable. And the Green Party will keep making the case.

- First poll Starmer has been ahead in for quite a while. Starmer knew about Mandelson. Now he must resign.
- Starmer’s decision to appoint Mandelson ‘shows real lack of judgement’, says Zack Polanski © The Independent/Getty
- I'm actually slightly hopepilled because the "I don't do politics, it's all bullshit" guy at my work was telling me how he likes zack polanski and is going to vote green
- Yes, it should.

- It’s a longer video… but we REALLY need to talk about: Peter Mandelson and - Global Council Lobbying (as an adviser and as ambassador) Palantir This is where the Mandelson affair needs to go next.

- We thought Morgan McSweeney would be gone by now – but we have to wait while Keir Starmer asks political genius Morgan McSweeney what he thinks he should do
- “Getting rid of Morgan is our only way back..." why many Labour MPs now think McSweeney's exit is the only way to save Starmer's leadership and why some think it will just bring the Prime Minister down too bylinetimes.com/2026/02/05/p...
- How could I have possibly known that Peter Mandelson couldn't be 100% taken at his word, says Keir Starmer, about a man whose public nicknames include 'the Prince of Darkness' and 'the Dark Lord'
- Mandelson’s malign influence runs right through the heart of this Government. Not least in the govt’s NHS data deal with Palantir – a spy-tech firm co-founded by a man who thinks the NHS should be ‘ripped up.’ I've written to Wes Streeting urging him to ditch this dangerous deal.

- ❓️ Is @zackpolanski.bsky.social right that Keir Starmer should resign? #MandelsonEpstein
- "That is a disgrace and he should have been gone months ago" (about Jenrick) is quite the line from Starmer
- By the time Starmer is replaced this summer, we'll have had two wasted years, in which a country crying out for transformation instead got more of the same, or even worse where environmental legislation is concerned, and a high possibility of Farage running the next government. Thanks Keir.

- Even without Starmer Labour are fucked. Plan B was Streeting and he's as popular as crabs. They have 400+ MPs but all the newbies are Mandelson approved briefcases. One of the safest seats in the country opened up and they gave it to Luke Akehurst. They've really got *nothing*

- If their stupid NEC committee hadn’t stopped Burnham running for Gorton & Denton, then getting a decent successor to him wouldn’t have been a problem. Labour is run & controlled by idiots. Morgan McSweeney is as bad as Dominic Cummings was.

- Your moment of zen
- One lesson from the Epstein–Mandelson affair is that we need to stop routinely rehabilitating political careers after serious scandals. When politicians knowingly engage in grave ethical wrongdoing, that should permanently end their political careers. Being "talented" should not override that.
