- Getting to the bottom of understanding our genetic risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer. Work by @bric-ucph.bsky.social researchers has resulted in a technique to improve detection of a patient's genetic risk of developing cancer before symptoms appear.
- Using a new technique which our researchers developed, they revealed which of 54 different genetic variants of the BRCA2 gene found worldwide are associated with an increased risk of developing cancer.

- Reposted by Biotech Research & Innovation CenterWe had our first BRIC Day! 🚀 A fantastic poster session where we explored the diverse research projects at @bric-ucph.bsky.social and discovered what drives our colleagues to come to the lab every day. Science thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and shared passion—this event was all about that!
- Congratulations to George Hunt (Postdoc), Meet Jariwala (Postdoc), and @porsebo.bsky.social (Clinical Professor), who all receive an LF Experiment grant from @lundbeckfonden.bsky.social 👏 🧠 #innovation #neuroscience #basicresarch
