Lynne Ahrens was a 22 year old guitar-playing secretary/copywriter at the advertising firm of McCaffrey & McCall when she was asked by producer George Newell if she’d like to contribute songs to the new Schoolhouse Rock project. She wrote and sang “No More Kings.” Think of her this weekend.
