- Pushing myself with a hand study this morning #pixelart
- I've spent about a week now practicing a couple life drawings a day using Pixquare #pixelart
- I made a bunch of fun weather effects, although i'm pretty sure misty is my favourite #gamedev #godotengine

- Really got to mess around with particle sub emitters for this - upgrade the missiles enough and start making missile typhoons ✨ #gamedev #godotengine
- I've yet to find a weapon that isn't made waay more fun by cranking all their variables up too high #gamedev #godotengine
- Godot keeps on surprising me with just how many bullets I can chuck into a scene at once 😅 #screenshotsaturday #gamedev #godotengine
- Church spires in fog is such a vibe - one day I may finish tweaking this menu screen #gamedev #godotengine
- Rebuilt the main tank from the ground up! After agonisingly unwrapping the UVs I can now make lots of heavy metal color schemes ✨ #GodotEngine #gamedev
- So many new upgrades - my favourite is upgrading the crystal to channel lightning bolts ✨
- This is clearly somewhere between too many and too fewpersistent bodies
- Nothing in this project was more fun than recording a bunch of chunky riffs to play whenever the player levels up 😅
- Having a lot of fun making new textures for Gothic Steel to make it look grim and nastier💀
- Trying out a new user interface which feels a lot more readable at a glance, and its always nice when the first colors you pick end up being pretty ✨
- I finally uploaded a huge update to Gothic Steel - check it out and have a go blowing up a few thousand skeletons ✨ 🔗 bramwell.itch.io/gothicsteel/...
- Added a bunch of little environment objects to blow up - always surprises me how much adding stuff like that makes a space more fun
- I finally have the technology to ram through a few hundred skeletons with my tank ✨
- Making myself overpowered and stress testing my tank game to see how high I can crank the number of skeletons has been a blast
- Wanna see how to make a game without coding in Godot? its cursed - featuring a health bar thats physics based 😬 🔗 youtu.be/Xgs-vZfcrdg
- Overdue as always - video up tomorrow about my recent GamedevTV battle video where I made a whole bullet hell game without any code at all 👀

- I've got another much overdue Godot 4 Beginners update for the card game topic - all about playing cards into lanes and handling animations. This goes into a bunch of interesting areas like exponential decay and interpolating angles, check it out here ✨ 🔗 bramwell.itch.io/godot-4-begi...
- For a recent video with GameDevTV I got to put together a little retro twin stick shooter that I spent a couple days making itch ready! Try it out here 🖇️: bramwell.itch.io/gothicsteel

- Howdy all after a busy new year we've got another update to the card game topic in Godot 4 Beginners, covering making a deck of cards, drawing them and playing to the field ✨ 🔗 bramwell.itch.io/godot-4-begi...

- Alright my big project over the last months is here! My GamedevTV RPG course just released, discount link that covers the next week here ✨ 🔗 www.gamedev.tv/courses/godo... Please do share any thoughts I already have a shortlist of things to add onto the course so feedback is hugely appreciated 💞
- Had a load of fun with a little UI shader project in #Godot today - frosted glass using backbuffer copies, really happy how it looks with a bunch of gradients 😊

- Super proud of the last ludum dare I entered - just a little game about stacking books in shelves under horrendous bureaucratic conditions
- Another old #Godot project - I'd just finished a GameDevTV blender course and spent a couple weeks just experimenting making stylized 3d models and foliage shaders ✨
- Working with shaders does mean I have an upsetting collection of videos of my gameworlds breaking apart like a piece of wet spongecake
- Fondly remembering when #Godot 4 introduced particle attractors and a bunch of particle physics options 😊
- Reposted by Bramwell WilliamsHello #VFX enthusiasts Here's one I did for a prototype that never shipped Breakdown in 🧵
- I've been ill for about a week 😭 but i'm back and here's an old #Godot project! A few years ago I got super into hardware restoration videos on youtube and used viewports and shader magic to make a little gameboy you can take apart, clean and customize✨

- A not so old project: studying the #Godot GI options for Godot4Beginners was suuuper fun, fog volumes made god rays really pleasant to set up 😊
