Can a zweihander be an einshander? Does a claymore ever clayless?
My understanding was always that the fictional characters did this to showcase how superhumanly strong they were.
Besides, how did this english pronunciation of zweihänder emerge, I hear it a lot? The very German a in "hand" seems like a bit of overcorrection: the ä asks for and English hand.
Of course, but the point of this question is: ‘is there any real life truth to this?’ Rather than ‘why is a half-demon able to do this?’
I’m not sure what you mean about the pronunciation though- that’s just how I pronounce the letter A. (I say the word ‘hand’ a lot in this video for comparison)
