- Attn knitters: There is a Melt The ICE knit hat pattern making the rounds. It’s fashioned after the red knit hats that women in Germany made in the 1940s to protest the Nazi occupation. The pattern is available several places, including Ravelry. Kinda wish it wasn’t red, but it does predate MAGA 🤷♂️.
