- Did some chest and got a great pump, did progressive overload on dumbell flies and really focused on slowing down on the negatives, did 75s for 6 reps with 4 second negatives and did some incline bench and did 410 and ended it off with some dumbbell pullovers! Now stuff your face in my tits
