The footage shows agents from the likes of Border Patrol (BP) and, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arresting people in public spaces, from car washes to swap meets, in places of work and outside residences.

On more than one occasion it was unclear what agency officers were with due to a lack of clear identification, including unmarked vehicles. Officers also made efforts to obscure their identity from cameras.
