Tomorrow, a FL Senate committee will hear a bill (SB 1236) that would incentivize employers to make it harder for workers in the private sector to form unions & discourage neutrality. It's similar to model legislation drafted by ALEC that's been passed (in some form) in AL, GA, & TN 🧵
