- Pool reopened again at the weekend after dodgy heating had it out of action all last week. Been for a swim every day this week since Monday, and have done just shy of 30k so far this year!

- Despite our train *hitting a mystery something* last night I made it to London and am off out to deliver these LGBTQ inclusion workshops. Professional queer.
- Our train has hit something about 20 minutes out from King's Cross and they don't know what they've hit, but the train has a smashed windscreen and a smashed window. I just want to get to my hotel.
- On my way to London - I'm delivering two LGBTQ+ inclusion workshops tomorrow. Catching up on UK vs The World on the train and trying to make my train snacks last the whole journey.
- Feeling distinctly down at the moment and then to add insult to injury, I've pissed one of my eyes off with contact lenses so I'm in my specs in public.
- Already wasn't enjoying today, and then got to the pool for Tuesday evening swim and they've had to cancel it because of a heating issue. Would have liked that little dopamine/endorphin hit but maybe this is the universe telling me to rest.
- I'm in London later this week delivering some exciting LGBTQ+ inclusion workshops and I've just discovered the hotel I've booked is apparently due to open the day before I arrive. I now have visions of arriving to a desolate building site at 10.30pm.

- I think every single person in our organisation decided back in December to put all the meetings about important things in for the middle of the third week in January. This means I don't have time to do my work today, I'm just in meetings talking about the work I'm doing.
