- Exactly. Targeted polling places in competitive districts. A roadblock here. A bomb threat there. A couple fracas to justify shutting down this or that site for a couple hours during critical voting windows in minority neighborhoods.
- Harass/detain black & brown people on the pretext that ICE has reason to question their status.
