- Good news! I got off the waitlist so I will be at Kumoricon this year table J10! I will appreciate anyone braving the great Portland war to visit.
- As a Portland resident I can assure you it is beyond unnecessary and a waste of resources to send troops to my city. I am in downtown every day, I use the bus, the train, and i walk everywhere. There is nothing in the city going on that would require troops. Trump needs to be removed from office.
- I am at FanX Salt Lake table A608! If you are looking for something specific from me I recommend dropping by soon because I did not bring a lot of certain things (limited funds from a slow con year and burnout just made it hard to be on top of restocking.)
- Trump has been calling Portland Hell and threatening to send troops here but I don't know; Hell seems calm. There are a lot more trees in Hell than I would have expected.

- My youngest cat is 4 today! I'd say we are celebrating by doing what she wants but she does what she wants everyday.

- I will be at Rose City Comic Con tomorrow table A31! You will never find AI at my booth, ever. I spent the last week doing horrible sketches in an attempt to start a new painting and I will continue to do horrible sketches until my dying day.
- Yep as someone in the convention scene this is a big problem in the artist community, with the addition of rising costs in general a lot of artists- if not already gone are going to be gone soon (I might be one of them.) Some things can't even legally be made in the US.
- I had to restock some keychains for this weekend and I accidentally brought a glitter one. I discontinued the glitter keychains because it didn't work well for double sided (overpowers the art too much.) BTW I am at Galaxycon San Jose lol
- Getting everything packed up for Otakon... I should probably have uhhh said something on all my social media about going but I have been busy. I like to keep the cons I am going to a mystery I guess, will I be there? Will I not be there? Was I ever really there?
- Pop mart figures for today's generation(s) is what precious memories figurines were for our grandmas.
- Sometimes you’re excited to get some art done but then a migraine comes and the brain can’t do brain things anymore.
- I finished a new painting yessss. I am trying to upload more free content to my Patreon these days. My patreon is the blog I update the most with my art because even if you give me $1 a month it helps a ton. Thanks for looking!
- I keep seeing "here is how much I made at the convention/art market" posts where people list their gross earnings and their expenses but EVERY post I have seen leaves off at least one expense if not more. Making money at cons is extremely difficult, especially when you travel. Don't be fooled.
- I could honestly write a whole book on the difficulties of making money at conventions and why especially now I don't recommend people do it (it is the absolute worst time to be starting.) I don't like to dash people's hopes but it is rough out there.
- This is 100% me projecting but please SUPPORT ARTISTS WHO TAKE THEIR TIME GETTING ART DONE. The algorithms tend to hate us but a great way to make sure your feed is without AI slop or people who trace is to support artists who might be on the slow slide.
- And if you are an artist- don't feel you need to draw and upload those drawings every day all the time always. It is a sure way to burn out fast and quickly. Put your mental and physical health first.
- I am trying to get my cats to model with the new keychain I designed (they are on the front and I will have this at Otakon.) It went as well as expected.
- Almost a contender if she hadn't moved and made it blurry.
- Sketchy sketch of Utena that is on its way to @megamoth.bsky.social for supporting my kickstarter. I forgot to take pictures of the other sketches because I have been running around like a mad woman and struggle to take photos of art anyway.
- I apologize to everyone who has ever ordered art/merch from me and expected pretty small business packing where everything is pink and glitter and there are stickers everywhere. I don't do that.
- I will use the excuse that less packaging = better for the environment. You don't have to know it's a lie.
- I was really happy to premiere my Magical Girl Pride pins at Washington State Summer Con this weekend! I couldn't have done this without my kickstarter supporters (because I am broke.) Happy Pride! #lgbtpride
- So far between the kickstarter and the con the pride compact and ace Pride are the most popular!
