- Reposted by Annie DukeOne thing to learn from Thinking in Bets by @annieduke.com is how every product-related decision is a bet. Building a feature, defining experiments, scoping MVP, you name it. What follows, in the vast majority of cases, smaller bet will be smarter. In other words: build less.
- Reposted by Annie Duke“When we finally quit, we realize we should have done it long ago.” ~ @annieduke.com It always surprises me in how many contexts it stands true. Pulling a plug on a new product idea? Check. Finally, letting an underperformed go? Check. Heck, my marriage... Check.
