So I've been testing my glucose levels lately (yay health issues!) and it's been interesting to watch food and exercise have an immediate effect on my blood
I thought having things like a cookie or crackers would immediately wreck me (and sometimes they do)
But walking immediately after meals has drastically reduced the harm of which is good to know (if i couldn't have the occasional indulgence, i would be miserable)
But also the proof is in the blood - some foods are straight up Not Good for me
