Still my fave; a blast to see on the big screen. RJ did so much with the pretty iffy ingredients JJ handed him. The years between TLJ and TROS were my favorite years of SW fandom since the 90's. TROS + deaged Luke in Mando effectively ended it.

  A film I still love. Saw it twice in theaters, both times in packed audiences that were fully hooting and hollering; came out both times buzzing, spent weeks talking with friends near and online about how much we'd enjoyed it and how excited we were. Genuinely feels impossible to imagine now

The appearance of Luke Skywalker in THE MANDALORIAN (as a literal deus ex machina!) was the point where I was done with that show.
