- Our latest preprint on how to best combine multiple samples in lrRNA-seq experiment. Not, trivial as your capacity for detecting known and novel transcripts is affected. - Sami leads the most algorithmic project of the LongTREC network, trying to develop new methods to deal with mapping issues that are so important for these data. He does k-mers, minimizers, strings. He is a brilliant mathematical mind!!!
- Leda is really lucky to work in such an amazing scientific environment. She is our expert in tRNAs. Did you know that RNAs is much more that one linear sequence? They can be modified in many different ways before translation. Leda wants to crack the code and find how this impacts cancer. Go, Leda!
