The Supreme Court has denied President-elect Donald Trump's bid to halt his criminal sentencing, scheduled for tomorrow morning in a New York state trial court. Four justices -- Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh -- indicate that they would have granted his request.
